Michael is a Senior Tax Manager with more than 15 years of experience in business and individual taxation. He provides comprehensive tax planning, consulting and compliance services for high net worth individuals, pass-through business entities and trusts.
In his past career, Michael worked for Marcum LLP and Gallina LLP, where he gained a wealth of detailed experience in the real estate and construction industries, in addition to providing tax services for high net worth individuals, closely held businesses and family groups.
Michael derives great satisfaction in helping clients and enjoys the intellectual challenge of applying tax knowledge to unique client situations. His goal is to provide clients with accurate and professional tax work that addresses all relevant issues and explores every option available for the best results.
Michael graduated with honors from University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor’s degree in Rhetoric/Communications. A licensed Certified Public Accountant in California, Michael completed post-graduate studies in Accounting and holds a Master’s degree in Taxation from San Jose State University.
Outside of work, his interests include home improvement, reading and hiking.
