Brian joined Wheeler in January 2022, when Just, Gurr & Associates merged with the firm. He joined Just, Gurr & Associates in 2011 after graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting. He has been licensed in California as a CPA since January 2014.
Brian provides a variety of tax and accounting services to individuals, partnerships, corporations and trusts. His experience includes tax planning for businesses and their owners, real estate taxation, multi-state taxation, foreign tax reporting and estate and gift tax planning and compliance. He also assists clients in dealing with the IRS and Franchise Tax Board on complicated tax matters.
In his free time, Brian enjoys playing soccer, attending concerts and playing the guitar and ukulele.
