Angela joined Wheeler as a Tax and Attestation Partner in January 2022. Angela performs a variety of tax and accounting services including, preparation of reviewed and compiled financial statements, small business management, private industry accounting, business and individual tax preparation and planning.
Angela is a graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics. She is a proud member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Construction Financial Management Association.
Before joining Wheeler, Angela accumulated over 15 years of accounting experience including governmental, private, and public accounting, beginning her career as the business manager of the Jenkins Ford Auto Dealership in central West Virginia. Shortly after, she moved into government accounting, where she worked with the Department of Logistics for the West Virginia Army National Guard, focusing on budget management and financial liability investigations. In 2013, Angela moved to California and began her career in public accounting with Just, Gurr & Associates. In 2019, she earned her position as partner.
